Met with electricians to go over placement of outlets and switches and discuss add-ons. We were disappointed that the standard lighting in most rooms is a switch to a wall outlet instead of a ceiling light. In fairness we knew that going in. But we think that shouldn't be an upgrade, rather a standard feature.
We were pleased to find out the smoke alarms are all hard wired (with battery backup) as opposed to battery only.
Rough in was completed in 1 day.
