It looks beautiful!! Did you put your yard in in the fall? I like the idea of putting stone down where you are going to want to have your future sidewalk...I think we may have to do that soon! Also, how long did it take you to hear from Customer Care? Thanks.
Thank you! Yes we planted the seed in late September so it would start growing before first frost. Then we fertilized this spring and the roots have thickened nicely and firmed up the yard noticeably. Customer Care responded the same day that I contacted them. I have no complaints with how the leaking soffit issue was handled. They were quick to get out here to look at it and make the necessary repair. So they get an A for this one.
My wife and I are planning on building with Wayne, and really want to do a Montgomery as well... I was wondering if you could email me at NBartels84@gmail.com to have a back and forth with the process and some questions I have.
